Rule 25
Submission of Conciliation Papers
(1) If the parties agree to settle the case through conciliation while following the procedure of conciliation as per rule 23, the conciliator shall prepare a document of conciliation in the format as per schedule-9.
(2) After drawing up the document according to sub-rule (1), the conciliator shall have the parties sign the document and submit it to the parties before the case hearing body.
(3) If an application is received for conciliation in accordance with sub-rule (2), the body looking into the case shall prepare the conciliation document based on the conciliation document received and make a conciliation agreement between the parties.
